Leelanau UnCaged, Saturday September 27, 2025
On Saturday, September 27, 2025 I will be sharing a table/tent with fellow author Barbara Stark-Nemon at Leelanau UnCaged in Northport, Michigan. Leelanau UnCaged is an outdoor celebration of the arts and artists in Leelanau County held on the streets of Northport, with music, dancing, food, kids' art activities, and various artists and performers showcasing their work. From the Leelanau UnCaged website: "Leelanau UnCaged is free to festival goers thanks to the generous donations from businesses and patrons." As for when it begins and ends: "A Native American water blessing occurs on the bay at 11 a.m., followed by a short procession into town. Music begins at noon. The festival ends at 10 pm."
